Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return most items within 12 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Booster Boxes.
- Booster packs.
- ETBs.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Mintsos2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving this number.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Shipping Method: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow [7-12 business days] for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
